Meeting Planner

Using the online Meeting Planner, pre-registered visitors and hosted buyers to BoBI 2012 were able to gain access to the exhibitor database in order to profile and make contact with those providers most relevant to their own business. They were able to arrange meetings and start building relationships in advance of the show, planning their time more effectively and really making the most of their visit to BoBI 2012.

Such was the popularity of the Meeting Planner that some 4,300 meetings were arranged through it – that's an average of over 15 per exhibitor – during the course of the show.
